Who we are:

Kevin is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience managing all phases of appliance integration in residential custom and production, resort, mixed use and multi-family projects - primarily on the West Coast. His portfolio spans from specifying exclusive client retreats to delivering value oriented apartment projects; the qualifications to set your project up for success!

We develop customized guidelines and support for comprehensive appliance packages; building a unique project framework to respect the needs and goals of our client. We build project specific plans, advising all stakeholders, delivering top tier results for your team.

Our expert advice can be applied during all phases of design, planning, engineering and construction project life cycle; including unit mock-up, MEP integration, and commissioning. Once the project is live, we can deploy and support tenant education, maintenance and lifecycle planning to ensure a full-circle experience with the tenant’s highest touch-point products.

WHILE OUR CORE COMPETENCY IS SPECIFYING AND SOURCING SUSTAINABLE PRODUCT PACKAGES, we also consult on:

  • preparation of contract documents, proposals, and bid packages.

  • Development and implementation of project management tools and progress tracking and reporting systems, including work breakdown structure, cost coding structure, earned value management, change order requirements and management procedures, change order and request for information logs, and periodic progress reports.

  • Preparation and/or revision of schedules, including review of the CPM schedule vs. the project scope of work and contractual milestones; review of resource loading, schedule logic, and constraints; preparation of a schedule basis document; and review of the contractor’s basic plan and sequence.

  • Broadcasting periodic schedule updates (including the impact statements for any change orders or delays), time impact analyses, and extension of time requests may be required.

  • Review of cost estimates to ensure all costs are accounted for, including planning, testing, project management, equipment, materials, and labor costs.

  • Analysis of technical issues, including the schedule impact and pricing of change orders.
